Customer (hereinafter, "The Client"):

The Client hereby declares and guarantees to the manufacturer, Park Slope CD & Studio, that he has all the required authorizations concerning the reproduction work that they are giving to Park Slope CD & Studio. (copyrights and all other rights) and that such work contains nothing that is likely to violate the copyrights of any person and/or entity nor any element that could constitute a reason to institute legal proceedings based on the violation of any right or any illegality.

The Client hereby agrees to hold the manufacturer Park Slope CD & Studio harmless of all or any liability that may arise from a final judgment concerning this representation and warranties made by___________________________________ X print name

In this present agreement, shall indemnify and hold harmless Park Slope CD & Studio and any manufacturer involved in the reproduction of the material submitted to Park Slope CD & Studio including, but not limited to all damages, disbursements, judicial costs and reasonable attorney fees actually incurred by the manufacturer, Park Slope CD & Studio, or any other entity that he might be called upon to pay in defense of any claims against Park Slope CD & Studio, regarding this agreement.

In addition, in cases where the Client is reproducing "Mix-Tapes" or "Mix-Tape CDs" where the copyright is not owned by the Client, the Client agrees not to sell such "Mix-Tapes" or "Mix-Tape CDs" for profit.

I also warrant that I have read and understood the guidelines for graphics for on-disc CDs as found on the ParkSlopeCD website under "graphics", and that the images and/or graphic files I am submitting conform to the guidelines therein. If the graphic files that I submit do not conform thereto, then I understand that the graphic images appearing on the CDs printed by ParkSlopeCD may be pixillated, blurred, or otherwise compromised.

OnDisc Printing:
Please write any text you'd like on the CD face [more graphics info]. You can also put the text in a .txt file and we'll set it up. Or, email or send on CD your ondisc image. Graphics should be TIF/JPEG or Illustrator (version 9 or earlier), 300 dpi, RGB Mode, black and white. Once you've set up your design, discard our template (we don't want the circles, just your design).

A Note on CD Masters
Your master CD should be Red Book compliant (The Red Book is the standard which defines the specifications for audio compact discs). Orange or yellow book - standard are also acceptable.

If your master CD is not Red Book compliant, please ensure that you burn your CD at 1X speed (ie, the slowest speed) to ensure accuracy. Important:*do not burn your master from i-Tunes*. Masters generated in this manner will often generate faulty duplicates. If you burn your Master from i-tunes, we will not be held responsible if some or all of the duplicates are faulty. Instead, please use Roxio "CD Creator / Toast" or Ahead "Nero".

We offer (and strongly recommend) Red Book-compliant Mastering, which will ensure playability on the widest variety of audio CD and computer equipment.

Also, please do not submit your only copy of your Master CD. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, we will not be held responsible.  ___________________________________________________________
